The ZRTL(R)32-6 zero-stroke force-multiplication clamping cylinder is the highest-clamp-force variant in the zero-stroke rotary clamp family. By combining zero axial rotary stroke with mechanical-advantage force multiplication, it delivers 725 N clamping force at 0.5 MPa in an extremely compact envelope - making it the preferred actuator for iPhone heavy pressing stations with limited vertical space.

How It Works

The ZRTL(R)32-6 first rotates 90 deg (Left = clockwise first then down; Right = counter-clockwise first then down) and then performs only 6mm of axial clamping. The internal mechanical-advantage linkage amplifies the cylinder's pneumatic output, so even at 0.5 MPa the cylinder delivers 725 N clamping force - the highest in the zero-stroke family.
