The SXL(R)25x10 rotary clamping pneumatic cylinder is a 90 deg rotary-and-clamp actuator purpose-built for iPhone production line pick-and-place, fixture clamping, and rotary indexing stations. The 25mm bore, 12mm shaft and 10mm clamping stroke deliver a precise 188 N clamping force at 0.5 MPa, while the 90 +/-2 deg rotary stroke handles smooth in-place orientation of workpieces between stations.

How It Works

This double-acting cylinder first rotates 90 deg (clockwise or counter-clockwise, specified as R or L) and then clamps axially with 10mm of stroke - combining rotary + linear motion in a single compact body, saving fixture space and pneumatic valves on iPhone lines.
