The TCL(R)25-5 zero-stroke rotary clamping cylinder is a space-saving variant of the rotary clamp family. Unlike standard SXL cylinders that combine rotary + axial stroke, the TCL performs 90 deg rotation with zero additional axial stroke - the rotation happens at the same axial position. This makes it ideal for iPhone production fixtures where vertical/horizontal space is extremely tight.

How It Works

The TCL(R)25-5 first rotates 90 deg (clockwise or counter-clockwise) and then performs only 5mm of axial clamping stroke. By eliminating the longer axial clamp travel, the fixture can be designed with much lower height - perfect for compact iPhone assembly cells.
