The SXL(R)32-10-DF force-multiplication rotary clamping cylinder is the high-clamp-force variant in the SXL family. Through an internal mechanical-advantage linkage, it delivers 650 N clamping force at 0.5 MPa - more than 2x the standard SXL32 - making it the ideal actuator for heavy pressing stations on the iPhone production line such as mid-plate pressing, frame assembly, and high-load structural component press-fit.

How It Works

Like the standard SXL, the DF (Double Force) version first rotates 90 deg and then clamps axially. The internal mechanical-advantage linkage amplifies the cylinder's pneumatic output, so a 32mm bore cylinder can deliver 650 N clamping force - equivalent to a much larger bore cylinder but in the same compact envelope.
